I’m Reverend Ben Cooper—an ordained minister and experienced funeral celebrant—dedicated to creating personalised funeral and memorial ceremonies that honour each life with warmth, care, and respect. Whether religious or non-religious, each ceremony is crafted with sensitivity to reflect your loved one’s unique journey.

A funeral is more than a goodbye—it’s a final expression of love. A moment to reflect, honour, and celebrate the life of someone deeply cherished.

Whether you prefer a faith-based service with prayers and scripture or a non-religious celebration of life, I will honour your wishes and guide you with compassion every step of the way.

Each celebration of life is written with great care, ensuring that every detail reflects your loved one’s story. These ceremonies may include:

• A custom-written eulogy or tribute 
• Readings, poetry, or spiritual reflections 
• Live or recorded music 
• Symbolic gestures such as candle lighting, tree planting, or laying flowers 
• Shared memories and stories from family and friends 
• A photo slideshow or video tribute
   

Services can take place in crematoriums, cemeteries, woodland burial grounds, gardens, homes, or anywhere that holds personal meaning.

Some families choose to wait before laying ashes to rest. I offer bespoke Scattering of Ashes Ceremonies in natural, peaceful settings—by a river, in a garden, woodland, or another special place.

This can be a standalone moment of remembrance or part of a wider family gathering.

As a minister and celebrant, I support families from all walks of life—regardless of belief or background.
